你一生中需要的支出 （以三十年计算）：　
房子：500,000
孩子：100,000
车子：870,000 (含30年汽车使用费()

1. 车子＝210,000。按10年换一辆70K的车计算。
2. 汽油 = 360,000 (300/month)  
3. 维修 ＝ 300,000 (1000/ year = 换机油，轮胎，等等)。

家用：1,080,000 。按一家三口吃、穿、住、行、用等，每月3000元计算。
养老：480,000。按退休后再活20年、每月花销2000元计算。
父母：720,000。按30年每月给父母200元，一生孝顺父母费用。
休闲：300,000。30年中每年1万，应该不会太浪费吧。

仔细算算，只是很普通的生活，却要400万元(4 million)。

Grand Master Key System

A Key-Alike system is designed to open several locks with one key. A Master Key system is designed to open a set of several series of key-alike system. A Grand Master Key system is designed on top of master key system. 
For a better understanding, Key-Alike system normal use for residential, while Master Key System is for medium size of cooperate and Grand Master Key system is for more complex organisations with higher security level.

Key-Alike system 是专门针对普遍用户而设计的，只需一把钥匙就可以打开数量不等但在同一个组别里的锁具。Master Key system 是另一个层次，是专门针对中小型企业而设计，只需一把钥匙就可以打开数量不等而且不同组别的锁具。Grand Master Key system 是这个系统里最高的位置，只需一把钥匙就可以打开所有在系统里的锁具，是专门位大集团或高强度防盗系统而设计的。

These key system have keys which are specific to own lockset and cannot open any of the others in the same lockset system. Locks which have Master Keys have a second set of the mechanism used to open them which is identical to all of the others in the set of locks. For example, A Key (worker) can only open A room while B key (worker) can only open B room but Master Key (Manager) can open room A and room B. A far more secure (and more expensive) system has two or more cylinders in each lock depends how many layers of security and complexity of the lock system could be.

在一个完整的系统里，员工(key)只能打开自己的房间而没有打开其他同事的房间的权限。经理(master key)则拥有进入自己所管理的部门所有的房间的权限。最后，总经理／老板则拥有进入所有房间的权限。

Name: Cheah Zi Kah (谢子嘉）

Date of Birth : 04 September 1988

       Am just a very ordinary guy which try to be extraordinary. For the past 26 years, i have a very good foundation for myself. I love to making new friend and expand my network. Throughout the process, i do learnt a lot from each other since everyone have a different life experience. I pick up the good things and applied it into my daily routine. Am a very talkative guys and i having a good and strong bond among my circle so some of my friend would like to name me  as "kangtao" king. Where is the ball?

          

            Beside, I am a sport man. I can play a lot of sports game such as basketball, badminton, swimming, jogging, and futsal. Nevertheless, i love E-sport as well. What kind of E-sport? DOTA ~~~!!!! and i do play some mobile games like Clash of Clan and Candy Crush. All these sports and games helps me to release my stress and keep myself fresh after all the tedious job and surprisingly i can still making new friend while playing games. Never underestimate whatever things that you are doing.

For my career part, am a locksmith which running a business under my dad supervised. My shop name is Superlockers Hardware which located at the heart of sungai dua - Taman Desa Murni. Our business do provides a reliable locksmithing products and services to secure your life, families and properties. We are equipped with different types of locks, door knobs and door handlesets for home security system. Besides, we do provide several services like gate remote duplication, key duplication, door picking and grand master key system.

Other than home security, I am a specialist in car key programming including recovery the Immobiliser via ECU, programming the chips immobiliser system including cobra, meta system, and computerise key cutting for your vehicle.

Besides, i involved myself into investment field because i know the important of investment especially for the young age like us in order to secure our retirement life and also to achieve the goal of financial freedom in the future. I passed the exam and get the FIMM license this February so that am able to be a unit trust consultant (UTC) and registered under Public Mutual. This is a very good opportunity for me to get extra income from my commission and also managing my own investment. I hope i can achieve my financial goal which is financial freedom at the age of 40 and after all i can enjoy my life with the loves one.

My life goal, never stop making new friend, never stop searching opportunity, never stop enjoy my life, never stop loving my lover, family and friends.
